The LTA recommends these racket sizes by height: 100 cm - 110 cm for 19-inch rackets, 110 cm - 120 cm for 21-inch rackets, 120 cm - 130 cm for 23-inch rackets, and 130 cm - 137 cm for 25-inch rackets. Orange tennis balls are 50% lighter, reducing bounce and speed to aid skill development. Green tennis balls are 75% compressed, ideal for junior players to refine technique before using standard balls.
The KS1 set includes five 19-inch rackets, five 21-inch rackets, and seventy-two orange tennis balls in a bucket. The KS2 set features five 23-inch rackets, five 25-inch rackets, and green tennis balls in a bucket. Designed for optimal performance and ease of use for younger players.
