The books are fine and of good quality but of no use to the school if it takes 10 calls to customer service another 4 unanswered emails in 3 weeks citing email back log and finally another 10 calls to their courier parcelforce to get the books surely you can do better than that !

.... the least .......... that your customer service is in need of a big improvement apart from one single soul who did own our issue and managed to get it sorted... well done Tequila , i hope they do appreciate you efforts in TTS!
