Overview
Bee-Bot serves as an introductory tool for teaching control, directional language, and programming. With a memory capable of storing 200 steps, Bee-Bot can detect other Bee-Bots or Blue-Bots and say hello to them. It supports default sounds or custom recordings for each button press, making it more accessible for all children, including those with auditory or visual processing needs.
This set bolsters the Computing curriculum at Key Stage 1 and 2, enabling children to create and debug simple programs, use logical reasoning to predict program behaviour, and design programs that achieve specific goals. It also helps teach sequence, selection, and repetition in programs.
