Written by teachers for teachers, through scientific enquiry, this resource tells the story of the greatest ship ever built and places science at the heart of her epic story.

• By working through 15 investigations, pupils will learn how science played a pivotal part at the key moments of the Titanic story, from her construction to the tragedy of her sinking. Individual investigations can be used to highlight scientific concepts.

• Designed to support and inspire teachers to deliver high quality and engaging science lessons. A cross-curricular resource, it also provides materials for creative writing, history and numeracy. The whole resource can be used to examine the full story of Titanic.
