• The Stix Mindfulness Remotes are the world’s first interactive remotes that encourage children to take control of their own mental health. The remotes guide you through fun and engaging therapeutic activities involving balancing, deep breathing, guided meditations and more, and connect to an app to gamify the experience.

• With Stix Remotes, children from as young as five can learn how to balance their feelings and emotions. The calming built-in voice guides children through screen-free mindfulness exercises; from breathing instructions to movement-based activities.

• Stix teaches children the long-term strategies they need to find a place of calm and focus. Along the way, they’ll discover the building blocks to face any of life’s ups and downs.

• Stix comes with a free app with a growing library of fun activities. The Stix mindfulness programme has been developed by experts and mindfulness coaches. They are interactive and a perfect way to teach well-being techniques in any setting.

• The Stix Activity Programme was designed by leading psychologists and wellbeing experts.

• Every child taking part said that the Stix activities taught them skills that they used in their daily lives, for example, learning to take a step back and breathe when they are feeling angry.
