Simply hang buckets on the end, (not included) and see how you can manoeuvre it back and forth. The arms of the scales also enable objects to be placed or hung to add extra investigation skills. How many blocks will it hold, how many spheres? It is therefore a great collaborative way of learning about numbers and counting. The central piece has posting areas. Place cylinders and see how the ball can roll down the unit. This will help support with schematic interests as well as motor skills coordination.
