Emotions Memory Game

Overview

• This interactive matching set uses real-life photos of diverse faces to help children recognize feelings, build vital empathy, and boost memory recall through play.

• This is a fun way to introduce children to a wide range of emotions. Start by inserting a work card into the baseboard, place the frame over it, and add the discs to the top of the frame. Children take turns to find a matching pair, and the winner is the player with the most discs. As the matching pairs are located, children can identify the emotion.

• Discussing the matched emotions stimulates conversation and improves social understanding. It also teaches important social cues, helping children navigate friendships and resolve conflicts.

• Playing the emotions game can also help to boost working memory skills, children exercise visual recall and pattern recognition as they track the layout of the board.
