Returns and Refunds
On receipt of goods, you have 14 days to report a faulty, damaged or unsuitable item(s). You can do this by e-mail or by contacting our Customer Service team +44 1623 77068.
Please provide as much information as possible for the reason for the request to return with full details about the fault or damage and provide photographs, where appropriate. The request will be assessed by one of our Key Account Advisors and we will agree the next action with you. Any refund agreed will be in the form of a credit note.
- All furniture items that are no longer required but are reported within 14 days of delivery will incur a 20% handling charge plus the cost of return.
- For the return of items that are Made to Order, please contact our Customer Services team on +44 1623 77068 or by e-mail.
- We are unable to accept returns of Apple products, Software, Personalised Products and some Made to Order items for reasons other than being faulty or where damaged upon delivery.
- All goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging.
