Next day delivery

In stock items are available for next day delivery – please telephone 0800 1381370 before 2pm to request this service.

Delivery timescales

• In stock items normally arrive within 3 working days. 90% of our orders arrive next day.
• Direct delivery items will normally be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
• Please check individual time scales on personalised or made to order items
• A small range of furniture items is now available for express delivery in the UK, ranging from next working day to a 5 working day delivery time. These items are clearly marked on their product pages and need to be ordered by 12 noon calling 0800 1381370.
• Items will be shipped by the courier of our choice which may be determined by the size and weight of your parcel.

Please note that although we do everything we can to ensure that delivery times are met, delays will sometimes occur. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays. As soon as goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
