A take home bag designed to support parents getting their child ready to start school.

• Starting school is significant milestone for parents as well as children. This bag is designed for parents to take home and contains activities and tips to help prepare them as well as their child for school. Includes a photocopiable guide for parents to keep with advice and tips to foster independence skills.

• The 'My morning routine' photo guide is an easy to follow, visual guide for children with simple steps such as making their bed and brushing their teeth. Also included is a book about starting school to read together, and two dolls to practice dressing in a school uniform. The school scene jigsaw is ideal for sparking conversations about what school will be like. The collection is contained in a realistic school book bag. Also includes a practitioner guide.
